    • 1 ½ cups “everything butter” (this is a product by the brand Fix and Fogg (I’m not getting an endorsement, I just like it!) but you can use any nut or seed butter of your choice)
    • ¾ cup tahini
    • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 1 ½ tbsp honey
    • 1 tbsp dried rose hips
    • ½ tbsp dried roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa)
    • ¼ cup unsweetened dried cherries
    • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • For coating:
    • 3 tbsp berry powder
    • 4 tbsp dried rose petals

Instructions

  1. Hydrate the herbs:
    • In a small bowl, combine dried rose hips and roselle with 2 tbsp hot water.
    • Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes until softened, then mash lightly to release their flavors.
  2. Prepare the base:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine everything butter, tahini, cocoa powder, honey, ground cardamom, and dried cherries.
    • Add the hydrated rose hips and roselle, including the liquid, and mix until evenly combined. The mixture should have a sticky consistency.
